LAS VEGAS MARIJUANA DISPENSARY ASBESTOS PROJECT

This project was located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. An old building was being remodeled for a new marijuana dispensary when they ran into some asbestos containing material. They called Pinpoint to removed the ACM in the areas they we remodeling. Once the permits were pulled we moved quick to help get this project back on its timeline.
LOCAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASBESTOS PROJECT

A Las Vegas local property management company called us out to help them with some asbestos removal. They had a small leak in the shower of a rental unit. Unfortunately after testing for ACM the results came back hot for asbestos. Pinpoint was called to remove the water damaged areas and after successfully completing post abatement testing the area was restored and unit was rented out shortly after.
